Speakers

Speakers, please also send an abstract to the first of the addresses just above. It is most convenient for us if you send the abstract as an attachment, with the name yourlastname.tex. We plan to gather the abstracts into one LaTeX document. To facilitate this, if you can, please use the template. If (for lack of facility with LaTeX perhaps) you cannot use the template, it will still help us if you compose your abstract in the following order:
  1. Title of talk (first letter and proper nouns only capitalized)
  2. Speaker
  3. text of abstract
  4. references (if used)
  5. physical address (a university name is fine)
  6. email address
  7. web address, if it exists
As for reimbursement of travel expenses, it appears that a printout of an electronic receipt, along with your boarding passes, is acceptable.

Half-hour speakers: You do not need to bring a poster, but you may if you wish.
