Abstract: In this work, bordism groups of complex subbundles of tangent bundles of smooth (oriented) manifolds are 

introduced. A concrete criteria as to when a complex bundle x over a manifold M is bordant to a complex subbundle of 

the tangent bundle TM is obtained. Singularity technique, generalized surgery technique were utilized to characterize such 

groups. Such bordism groups are characterized by Stiefel-Whitney and ontryagin numbers.
